• The main room contains the kitchen in one end with a propane cook stove and propane refrigerator; the middle is the dining area; and the sitting area is at the entry end of the building
• Heated by an oil stove
• A propane water heater supplies an endless supply of hot water
• The second building is a guest cabin
• Two units, with a separate entrance for each
• Each unit completely furnished: linens and pillows, chairs and table
